Description: Stairway to Heaven… we all know this great song by Led Zeppelin, and I think we all love it and that song is the name of the necklace. In this work, I combined beads, leather, a magnificent semi-precious cabochon, crystals, pearls… and a light and elegant necklace was born. This necklace captivates with its smooth curves, unusual shape, and very voluminous bezeling around the cabochon. Well, the best part is that this necklace will be available in many colors – pink, purple, silver, gold, black, green, red… and you will be able to choose your one and only cabochon for this necklace. 9 different kit colors will be available!
You will NOT complete this project in class.
Kit: $128.00 – This cost is in addition to the class fee and is paid directly to the instructor in class
Kit includes: Felt with Iron on, Leather for the front and back, Template for leather, seed beads #15 & 11, Delica beads, Pearls 3, 4, 5, 6mm, cup chain, magnetic clasp, semi preciouses cab, stiff paper.
Skills Required: Basic knowledge of bead embroidery and herringbone technique required.
Materials You are Required to Bring: E6000 glue, beading needle size 11 or 12, scissors, Fireline 4 or 6 lbs., beading light, beading bord, pen.
